  • Access Recent files -  View the list of files you recently worked on, whether stored locally, on Adobe cloud storage, or on third-party services such as OneDrive, Dropbox, Box, SharePoint, and Google Drive. Filter the list by shared files or locally stored files, and check the Sharing label to identify each file’s status.
  •  Access Starred files - View all your starred files for quick access across devices. Starred files are saved to Adobe cloud storage. You can choose whether starred files appear in your recent files list through the Preferences settings.
  • Access the files on Adobe cloud storage - Open your files stored on Adobe cloud storage, including your documents, scanned files, files you’ve shared with others, and files shared with you.
  • Access files from other storage accounts - Open files stored in third-party accounts such as Box, Dropbox, Google Drive, OneDrive, and SharePoint by linking your accounts to Acrobat.
  • View quick details - Select a file to see a thumbnail preview and a list of frequently used tools in a panel on the right. Use these tools to perform actions on the file directly.
  • View and sign agreements: Track and manage agreements. Individual and team users can view all agreements, while enterprise users are directed to the Acrobat Sign Manage page in a browser.

Get notifications -Receive alerts about document activity, including status changes and requests related to shared files for viewing, reviewing, or signing. For more information, see Document Cloud notifications.

  • Access tools - Quickly use common tools from the toolbar at the top of the Home page.
  • Manage account - View or update your account details, including your subscription plan and profile information.
  • Get help - Access help resources, view tutorials, provide feedback, and learn about new features from the top bar.
