Pre-August 2019 versions of Acrobat Reader, Acrobat Reader 2017, and Acrobat Reader 2015 can't be licensed on macOS 10.15 Catalina and later versions. You need to update Acrobat Reader to the latest release. To do so, go to Help > Check for updates and follow onscreen instructions to complete the update process.
