2

Set Up Organization & Identity

Configure identity types (Enterprise ID, Federated ID, or Adobe ID) in the Admin Console for proper user management and access control.

https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/using/identity.html 2

3

Add Users to Admin Console (if needed)

Add users manually, via bulk CSV upload, or sync with Azure/Google. This is necessary if you want to restrict access to organization users only.

4

Create Product Profiles (Optional)

For lab or multi-device deployments, create product profiles to map entitlements and restrict access based on policies.

5

Access Packages Tab in Admin Console

Log in to the Admin Console and navigate to Packages > Packages.

6

Create Feature Restricted License Package

Click "Create a Package", select Feature Restricted Licensing (FRL), and choose the appropriate activation method:

- Online: License is activated via Adobe servers.

- Offline: License is activated without internet access using the Licensing Toolkit.

- Isolated: For highly restricted environments, use unique client codes generated by the Licensing Toolkit.

8

Generate Client Codes (Isolated Only)

For isolated activation, run the Licensing Toolkit on each client to generate unique client codes. Use these codes when creating the isolated activation package.

Complete package creation and download the package to your local machine. For macOS, use the Adobe Package Downloader to complete the download.
