1. From the All tools menu, select Edit a PDF > Prepare a form.

Track forms
You can use Tracker to manage your distributed or received forms easily. With Tracker, you can:
- View and edit response file locations.
- Track respondents and their responses.
- Add new recipients.
- Email all recipients.
- View form responses.
2. From the left panel, select
> Track status of forms sent.3. Select a form and do one of the following:
To view all responses for a form, select View Responses.
To modify the location of the response file, in Responses File Location, select Edit File Location.
To view the original form, select Open Original Form.
To send the form to more recipients, select Add Recipients.
