Track forms

You can use Tracker to manage your distributed or received forms easily. With Tracker, you can:

  • View and edit response file locations.
  • Track respondents and their responses.
  • Add new recipients.
  • Email all recipients.
  • View form responses.
  1. 1. From the All tools menu, select Edit a PDF > Prepare a form

  2. 2. From the left panel, select  > Track status of forms sent.

  3. 3. Select a form and do one of the following:

    • To view all responses for a form, select View Responses.

    • To modify the location of the response file, in Responses File Location, select Edit File Location.

    • To view the original form, select Open Original Form.

    • To send the form to more recipients, select Add Recipients.
